From Seeker to Guide:
My Journey to Arriving

How 11 years on the path taught me that transformation isn't found in the next experience — it's built in the daily practice of staying present with yourself.

At 30, I was doing everything "right."

11 years in sales. Shop manager. Stable income. Following the script.

And I was deeply unhappy. Depressed. Empty.

Something cracked open.
And I couldn't ignore it anymore.

Gathering Modalities

I went all in.

Breathwork

Trained as a facilitator. Guided sessions. Felt the power of conscious breathing to unlock what's been held.

Kundalini Activation

Completed my training last year. Learned to hold space for life force energy to move through the body without force or control.

Plant Medicine

Ayahuasca. Sacred ceremonies. I assisted and guided retreats for two years. Held space for others in their deepest unraveling.

Vipassana Meditation

Goenka tradition. 10-day silent retreats. Learning to observe the mind without reacting.

Tantra

Embodiment & Sacred sexuality. Learning to be fully present and sensory inside the physical system.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Release)

Somatic shaking. Letting the nervous system release what it's been holding at cell level.

The Result

I tried everything. I had profound openings, but they were temporary.

And then I'd always fall back.

The Seek's Endless Loop:

  • 1
    Feel stuck or Carrie friction
  • 2
    Find a new sensory modality
  • 3
    Have a beautiful peak experience
  • 4
Feel liberated for a brief moment
  • 5
    Crash back into protective patterns
  • 6
    Seek the next big experience

I was chasing external coordinates. Collecting certifications. Waiting to arrive.

But I had never learned to stay.

Then, something shifted.

Not from a dramatic ceremony. But from choosing structure, raw honesty, and consistency.

I focused on daily somatic grounding:

  • Dedicated morning practice (breath, fluid wave motion, somatic stillness)
  • Noticing my mind's defense triggers in real time
  • Interrupting protective stories before they became action
  • Staying anchored in the body with what felt uncomfortable instead of escaping

And for the first time in 11 years...
the integration stuck.

The peak experience opens the door. But integration is what keeps it open.

Neuroscientists call it metacognition — the capacity to observe one's own mind in real time.

Learning to stay.

When you can notice:

  • Your thoughts without instantly believing them
  • Your triggers without automatically reacting
  • Your patterns without defending or justifying them

You create the sacred space to choose differently.

My Living Flow

Beyond the Work

When I am not holding integration space or facilitating active groups, you'll find me:

  • Traveling (currently connecting deeply with Bali)
  • Swimming in the raw ocean (my daily reset)
  • Exploring local cultures and cities
  • Deepening studies in nerves systems, somatics, and relational trauma

Fluently holding boundaries in English, German, and Hungarian.

raise your light isn't just a business coordinate. It is my daily alignment. Letting my inner truth emerge, and helping you meet yours.
