3. Soul Mirror AI Tool & Disclaimer of Professional Advice
The Soul Mirror tool generates personal reflections using advanced artificial intelligence (OpenAI API / Google Gemini API) based on user-submitted questionnaire entries.
The outputs generated by Soul Mirror are intended strictly for educational, contemplative, and self-reflection purposes. They DO NOT constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Soul Mirror is not a diagnostic tool or mental health intervention. If you are experiencing psychological distress, severe emotional crisis, or health issues, please seek prompt support from a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
When accessing our website or using Soul Mirror, you agree to refrain from:

6. Limitation of Liability & Availability
Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance of third-party API dependencies (OpenAI, Gemini, Hostinger).
Statutory Liability: Liability for intent or gross negligence, statutory personal injury claims, or liability under mandatory German product liability law remains unaffected. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, direct contract-typical damages arising from the breach of essential contractual duties.
